Maricel Moraga

Maricel Moraga is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, digital transformation, and economic analysis. Currently serving as Jefe de Desarrollo y Admisión Talento Digital para Chile at Fundación Chile since December 2019, Maricel is responsible for the development and maintenance of a Salesforce platform for over 150,000 users and manages the applicant experience throughout the digital talent lifecycle. Prior to this role, Maricel held various leadership positions at Cencosud S.A. for over a decade, focusing on digital business, client loyalty systems, logistics, and cultural transformation within the organization. Maricel's earlier experience includes strategic sourcing consulting and economic studies in the metallurgical sector. Educational qualifications include a degree in Commercial Engineering with a focus on Economics from Universidad de Chile, an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a diploma in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
