Joan Domènech

Joan Domènech is an accomplished professional in the field of Information Technology and Security, currently serving as the Head of the ICT Area at Fundació Formació i Treball since September 2022, focusing on promoting inclusivity and social support. With extensive teaching experience at institutions such as ESAN Graduate School of Business and La Salle BCN, Joan has shared expertise in Information Security Management since 2004. Prior to these roles, Joan operated as an Information Security Consultant, providing specialized services in project management and security management from 2008 to 2022. Joan's earlier career includes significant leadership roles at JohnsonDiversey, overseeing IT operations in multiple countries and managing substantial budgets and teams, as well as serving as IT Systems Director at DiverseyLever Limited. Joan holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the Institut Catalá de Tecnología and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
