Macarena Moyano possesses extensive experience in customer service, sales, and account management across various industries. Currently serving as Jefe Captación de Amigos at Fundación Las Rosas since February 2024, Macarena’s previous roles include Key Account Manager at BRAVE UP!, where responsibilities involved the sale of a web platform for school management and social media monitoring. Prior to that, Macarena held significant positions at Zurich Insurance, managing a high-volume customer service center, and at Chilena Consolidada Seguros, leading a team focused on client service for collective insurance. Additional experience includes roles at Seguros Interamericana, where Macarena implemented customer retention initiatives, and earlier at Sodimac Chile, engaging in product sales and promotions.
