Håkon Astrup

Håkon Astrup is Equity Analyst at DNB, and has been voted Norway's best bank analyst within the Nordic banking and finance sector for the past three years. In 2021 and 2022, he was also voted Norway's best analyst overall. Håkon has a bachelor's degree in economics and administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and a master's degree in finance from the London Business School. In the period between these degrees, he worked for five years as an Equity Analyst at Arctic Securities. Håkon is also an active chess player, and in addition to qualifying for the NM level, has also won a game over Magnus Carlsen.
