Justin Baker

Justin Baker, CFA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Valuation at Fundrise since May 2022. Prior to this role, Justin co-founded and served as CEO of LeaseToMe from March 2020 to May 2022. Justin's experience includes working as an Asset Manager at Foundation Capital Partners from April 2019 to March 2020, and as Vice President of Valuation and Advisory Services at CBRE from November 2016 to March 2019. Additional positions held include Senior Associate in Enterprise Valuation Services at KPMG US from October 2014 to October 2016 and Associate in Valuation and Advisory Services at CBRE from October 2013 to October 2014. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond, earned in 2013.
