Shahin Dehghani

Shahin Dehghani has extensive experience in customer success and account management within the tech and insurance industries. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at Funnel since September 2024, Shahin previously held various leadership roles at Hive Streaming from July 2020 to September 2024, including Head of Customer Success for both EMEA & Americas and EMEA regions. Earlier positions include Customer Success Manager at Lime Technologies, where responsibilities involved managing the Sparta customer base and consulting on campaigns, and at Sparta (Hysminai AB), focusing on enterprise sales performance. Additional experience includes roles in customer retention at Volvia Försäkringar, sales initiatives at Nöjesguiden, and contributions as a columnist at Sveriges Radio and ETC Göteborg. Shahin holds a degree from the University of Gothenburg.
