Dafny Glenda D is currently an Assistant Manager of HR Operations at Furlenco. Dafny has nearly 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field.

Dafny started their career as a Sr. Executive of People Operations at Razorpay in April of 2019. In this role, Dafny was responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, as well as payroll management and statutory & compliance procedures. Additionally, Dafny reformulated existing HR policies and introduced a new HRIS tool.

In February of 2020, Dafny transferred to their current role as an Assistant Manager of HR Operations at Furlenco. In this role, Dafny is responsible for employee onboarding, engagement & retention initiatives, recruitment, and exit processes. Additionally, Dafny manages the company's payroll and benefits procedures.

Dafny has been recognized for their dedication to their work, as well as their ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In their free time, Dafny enjoys reading and spending time with their family.

Dafny Glenda D has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bangalore University, a B.Sc in Biotechnology from Bishop Cottons Womens Christian College, and a degree from Nirmala High School.
