Mike Gustafson

Mike Gustafson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in data, technology, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as President at Further since October 2013, Mike leads initiatives that transform raw data into strategic business decisions. Previous roles include COO and Vice President of Operations at Ingenuity Fest, where Mike contributed to civic progress through creativity and collaboration. At Rosetta, Mike held the position of Partner and Technology Business Unit Lead, managing a team of over 450 and generating significant revenue through innovative e-commerce and marketing solutions. Mike also played vital roles at Brulant, Inc., establishing growth in the Microsoft Solution Center, and held early career positions focused on technology development and implementation at Friends of Cleveland School of the Arts and Lafe Technologies. Mike earned a BS in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University.
