Savannah Jade Montoya currently serves as an English Teacher and Mentor at Fusion Academy, focusing on individualized instruction in English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, Creative Writing, and Psychology for students in grades 6-12, with attention to mental health. Simultaneously, Savannah works as a Graduate Research Assistant at Emerson College, supporting the Popular Fiction Graduate Program Director. Previously, Savannah has held roles as an Essay Coach and Academic Mentor at ESM Prep, an English Instructor at Masterprep Academy, and a Program Manager at Mental Health America of Los Angeles, overseeing peer support initiatives and advocating for social justice for homeless LGBTQ+ individuals. Savannah also has experience as an intern at Premier Forensic Psychology, a service banker at Bank of the West, an author and social media marketer for Jade Poetry, and a shift lead at Nekter Juice Bar. Savannah is pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Popular Fiction Writing & Publishing at Emerson College after attaining a Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
