Arvid Hendriks

Arvid Hendriks is an accomplished consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in organizational growth, strategic leadership, and digital transformation. As the owner of Q Management since April 1997, Arvid provides consulting services and inspiration to various organizations. In current roles at Future Connections and as the founder of Seven Star Leadership, Arvid focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering passionate leadership across all levels. Previous experiences include serving as an expert at Port Solutions Rotterdam, teaching at the Netherlands Maritime University, co-founding Excellence in Strategic Supply Chain, and managing dairy products at Tomen Netherlands. Arvid holds a Master's degree in corporate economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a degree in multimedia production from SAE School for Audio Engineering.
