The Operational Management Team at Future Directions CIC is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality social care services across various regions, including North West areas such as Manchester, Stockport, Rochdale, Oldham, and more. Each member manages specific networks, ensuring the needs of people with learning disabilities and complex needs are met effectively, maintaining service excellence, and driving operational improvements.
