Sudip Patil

Sudip Patil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer experience management within the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Assets and Customer Experience at Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited since September 2023, Sudip previously held various senior roles at SBI General Insurance, including Deputy Senior Vice President and Head of Digital Partnerships and Direct Business. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Axis Bank, Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance, Bajaj Allianz Life, Tata AIA Life Insurance, and Birla Sunlife Insurance, focusing on digital initiatives, sales automation, and analytics. Sudip holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from LS Raheja College of Arts and Commerce.
