MacIej Skrzos

Maciej Skrzos is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in data analytics and software delivery. Currently serving as Data Practice Lead at Future Mind since August 2024, Maciej previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at PlumResearch from October 2021 to September 2024. Prior roles include Delivery Manager at EPAM Systems, where supervision of offshore software delivery and management of big data programs were key responsibilities. As Co-Founder of High Wheel Software, Maciej specialized in data-driven applications, while also acting as Chief Innovation Officer and Data Analytics Delivery Manager at BEST SA Capital Group, overseeing a department focused on Business Intelligence development. Maciej's technical expertise encompasses a range of technologies including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and QlikView, supported by an MSc in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology.
