Tom Ramsay

Tom Ramsay is an experienced professional in partnerships, performance marketing, and account management, currently serving as the Partnerships Performance Marketing and Sales Account Manager at FutureLearn since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held several positions at Springpod from April 2021 to November 2024, culminating as the Strategic Account Management Lead, where responsibilities included managing Higher Education Accounts and focusing on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Tom's career also includes significant roles with Norfolk County Council and Invest East as an Investment Readiness Advisor, providing support and guidance to SMEs, and earlier work with Nottinghamshire County Council and Groundwork South Yorkshire. Tom co-founded Twin Cafe Ltd, a coffee company, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from The University of Sheffield.
