Grace Putman is a seasoned professional in client experience and customer success, currently serving as the Senior Account Director at FutureThink since September 2024. Prior to this role, Grace held various leadership positions at MarketMan, including Senior Director of Onboarding and Training and Director of Customer Success for the Americas, leading the North America Customer Success Team. Impressive accomplishments as a Sales Recruiter at Betts Recruiting include achieving quota attainments reaching 1000% in October 2016 and winning the Super Recruiter award. Additional experience includes roles in social media marketing for Chalsen Lawn and Landscape and as a photography teaching assistant at Denison University.
