Tania M. Clarke

With strong business acumen gained in progressively senior positions throughout her career, Tania Clarke enjoys the challenge of identifying and solving problems. As the Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of New Look Vision Group Inc., a role she has held since February 2018, Tania leads a 70+ person team, partnering with the business to drive and support the strategic initiatives of the company. In her role, she is responsible for all the company’s financial functions, including financial planning & analysis, controllership, financial reporting, tax, external audit, treasury, real estate, legal and investor relations.

Prior to joining the New Look Vision Group, Tania held senior-level finance positions in various public and private companies, including Imvescor Restaurant Group (now owned by MTY Group), Keurig Dr Pepper, Vision 2000 (now Direct Travel) and Grand Toys International. She has held board positions with The Games for Hope Foundation and The West Island Black Community Group. A native of Montreal, Tania is involved in her local community. She holds a bachelor of commerce (accounting) from Concordia University and is a Canadian CPA, CA and a US CPA (Illinois).
