Kate Wexell

Kate Wexell is an accomplished Development Director at the Boy Scouts of America, responsible for fundraising and managing marketing initiatives for a $2.7M non-profit budget. As the Founder of The Compass College Consulting, Kate offers personalized coaching to help students navigate college applications. In addition, Kate serves as a Board Member for Nakua Na Taifa Langu, promoting youth engagement and female empowerment in Tanzania, and holds the position of FXB Climate Advocates Ambassador, developing global carbon emissions audits and fellowship programs. With experience as a recruitment and engagement coordinator for FIRST and a research fellow at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Kate has also been recognized for contributions to public health and leadership initiatives. Kate founded The Compass Online, enhancing educational access globally, and participated in a public health internship in Peru. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Missouri-Columbia and furthered education at the University of Oxford.
