Natalja Kleiner has extensive experience in the field of research and innovation, currently serving as the Leiterin of the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Klima.Neutral.Digital at FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik since July 2008. In this role, as well as in positions such as Abteilungsleiterin for Foresight, Strategy and Innovation (FSI) and Innovation, Demonstration und Transfer (IDT), and Leiterin of the Mittelstand 4.0- Kompetenzzentrum Stuttgart, Natalja has demonstrated leadership in advancing digital transformation for small and medium enterprises. Additional experience includes serving as a Projektleiterin and Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at FZI, along with a role as Lehrbeauftragte at Hochschule Karlsruhe – Technik und Wirtschaft between March 2015 and February 2016. Natalja Kleiner holds a Diplom in Informatik from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), earned between 2012 and 2018.
