Sergio Serafin

Sergio Serafin is a finance professional with extensive experience across various senior roles in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Finance Business Partner at Liberty Networks since November 2024, Sergio previously held the position of CFO Americas at HMD Global from July 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included spearheading budgeting, forecasting, and implementing go-to-market strategies. Prior to this, Sergio was the Head of Sales and Operations at REEF and served as Americas Region Business Controller at HMD Global, leading commercial finance for North and South America. Sergio's earlier roles include B2B Finance Manager and Control Finance Analyst at Telefónica, where contributions included financial support for multinational operations and the development of reporting processes. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in International Management from IE Business School and a Master's specializing in Telecommunication Engineering from UCAB.
