Oliva Bateman

Oliva Bateman is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and campus program management, currently serving as the Campus Programmes Manager at G-Research since September 2016, where Oliva has also held roles as Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to G-Research, Oliva worked as a Researcher at Michelangelo Search and as a Recruitment Consultant for Native Speakers at Talent Search People. Additionally, Oliva gained experience as a Community Manager and Production Manager at abcMallorca. Oliva holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from the University of Exeter and completed A Levels in Spanish, Politics, Economics, and English at Cranleigh School.
