Michael Morland

Michael Morland is an accomplished professional in the maritime and shipping industry with extensive experience in project management and global logistics. Currently serving as Project Cargo Director - Atlantic at G2 Ocean since December 2024, Morland previously held key leadership roles, including Global Project Director at Pentagon Freight Services and General Manager Americas at AAL Shipping, where significant market growth was achieved. As CEO of Global Ocean AS, Morland led innovative initiatives within the maritime, shipping, and fishery sectors. Morland also founded and presided over TP Shipping AS, addressing gaps in the heavy lift and contracting services market. Additionally, experience includes roles in sales and restructuring at Tradewinds and Silicon Graphics. Morland holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor in Projects, IT, and Economics from DPH - Den Polytekniske Høgskolen.
