Gregorio MacChione

Gregorio Macchione is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as a Senior Real Estate Advisor at both IPI Spa and Gabetti Agency since September 2023. Previously, Macchione held the positions of Head of Sales and Senior Advisor at Santandrea Luxury Houses from January 2021 to September 2023, and was responsible for significant residential projects at IPI Spa between 2019 and 2020. With a diverse background spanning over three decades in real estate and related industries, including owning Gremada S.r.l. and leadership roles at ATLAS Acciai S.p.A. and Studio MG Sas, Macchione has consistently demonstrated expertise in luxury property sales and project management.
