Lorenzo Piaget

Mr. Lorenzo Piaget is a Director of the Group Supervisory Board (GSB). He sits on the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of the GSB.

Lorenzo is the Founding partner of Piaget & Cie, Lausanne, a Swiss Family Office.

He serves as a director on the boards of several family groups active in consumer staples retail, luxury brand distribution, the automotive industry whose total turnover exceed 10 billion USD. For two decades, he has also been a non-executive board member of several regulated financial institutions, including mutual funds and banks in Switzerland and Luxembourg.

He started his career as a lawyer for the Federal Revenue Service and the State Revenue Service in Switzerland. He has a been a lecturer in Tax Law at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland). He has published multiple articles focusing on e-commerce taxation and real estate taxation. Lorenzo Piaget holds a Master of Law (University of Geneva).
