Our Programs
Gads Hill Center supports low-income families on the west and southwest sides of Chicago. We currently work with more than 4,000 children and their families by providing high-quality, accredited programs and services:

•	Early Childhood Education:  Empowers parents to be their children’s first teachers with early childhood development resources for over 160 expectant parents and families and comprehensive educational and developmental services to over 550 at-risk children from newborns to age five.

•	Youth Services:  Provides out-of-school programs to children from kindergarten through sixth grades, mentoring to at-risk sixth through eight graders, and STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) focused academic enrichment and college preparatory programs to high school students, serving more than 400 students annually.

•	Comprehensive Family Support and Community Services:  Connects nearly 800 children & families to comprehensive resources that meet their educational, job and health-related goals on a continued basis.

The Program and Operations team at Gads Hill Center is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and quality of the organization’s programs. The team oversees the operational aspects of early childhood education, youth services, and comprehensive family support programs, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards. They manage partnerships, coordinate network support services, and continuously assess and improve program performance to better serve children and families in the community.
