Laurie Laplume

Laurie Laplume, CRHA, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at GAGNON FRERES since December 2024. Prior to this role, Laurie was the Human Resources Manager at Progitech from January 2020 to December 2024 and worked as an Advisor in Health, Safety, and Human Resources at Groupe DuralTech from September 2017 to December 2019. Laurie's career began at CIUSSS du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, where services were provided as a Service Aide and Administrative Assistant from May 2013 to 2017. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. Laurie also holds a College Diploma in Human Sciences with a focus on Economics and Management from Cegep de Chicoutimi and a Secondary School Diploma from Séminaire de Chicoutimi.
