Celine Vidale

Celine Vidale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at Galderma, Celine has spearheaded significant performance enhancements, including a remarkable increase in Overall Equipment Effectiveness and substantial reductions in deviations and stock-outs. Prior to Galderma, Celine held roles at Safran Aircraft Engines, achieving notable improvements in maintenance cycles and on-time delivery rates while also restructuring training programs. Celine's earlier experience includes positions at Michelin, where efficient supply chain reengineering was accomplished, and Logica, where IT solutions for supply planning were developed. Celine holds an engineer's degree from École Polytechnique and the Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon.
