Lee Ricketts

Lee Ricketts serves as the VP and Head of Rx Managed Markets at Galderma since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to this role, Ricketts held various positions at Sanofi Pasteur from April 2004 to July 2021, including Senior Director of National Account Sales, with responsibilities for coaching sales teams and implementing strategies to enhance financial performance across multiple customer segments. Ricketts also worked at Lexmark International from 1998 to 2004 in roles such as Worldwide Materials Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Logistics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from Penn State University.
