George Gaston

George Gaston serves as Special Counsel at Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith, A PLC since April 2015, focusing on real estate and banking issues and preparing insurance coverage opinions. Previously, George worked as an Associate Attorney at Sirote & Permutt, P.C. (August 2009 - April 2015), where responsibilities included estate planning, business planning, and civil litigation. Early legal experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at Owens & Milsapps and the Alabama Law Institute, along with summer clerkships at Cunningham Bounds, LLC, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. George holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Auburn University.
