Buddy Fichera

Buddy Fichera is the Chief Executive Officer of Radyx, LLC, a family holding company established in January 1998 that specializes in systems, consulting, and coaching with a focus on performance, growth, and well-being. Fichera also serves as a Certified Strengths Coach for Gallup and is the Founder and Facilitator of Admirable Friends, which promotes group meditation and dialogue. Previous experience includes roles as Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., Managing Director at Beacon Capital, Inc., and Director of Operations at Dominion Group LTD. Fichera founded BKW Systems, Inc. and led its growth and subsequent public offering. Fichera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Accounting from Saint Anselm College.
