Paula Pereira da Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Country Manager for Brazil at Galp since 2012. Over the years, Paula has held various key roles within the company, including Head of Commercial & Portfolio, Head of Commercial, Portfolio Manager for Global Business Development, and Petroleum Engineer in Development & Production. Prior to joining Galp, Paula worked as a Hydraulic Engineer at Instituto Superior Técnico. Paula's educational background includes an Executive MBA from The Lisbon MBA, an Executive Corporate Finance Program from INDEG-ISCTE, an Advanced Career Empowerment program from MTW - ACE Academy, a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Paula participated in the ATHENS International program at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in Structural Engineering.
