Alexandra Grierson

Alexandra Grierson is an experienced professional with expertise in project management and digital innovation within the construction and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Project Manager for Digital Implementation at Gammon Construction Limited, Alexandra is instrumental in managing digital initiatives for the HKIA Terminal 2 Expansion project, leading a team in transitioning over 400 staff to cloud technologies, and establishing an innovation management system to coordinate innovation trials. Previously, Alexandra held various roles at CH2M, including Senior Consultant and Innovation Consultant, where significant contributions were made to strategic consulting, technology innovation strategies, and large-scale project management. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
