Kathy Coyne

Kathy Coyne is a seasoned professional in knowledge management and marketing systems, currently serving as the Knowledge and Information Manager at Gannett Fleming since June 2021. In this role, Kathy leads the content and information architecture strategy for the business development and marketing group, focusing on improving access to knowledge and expertise within the company. Prior to this position, Kathy held prominent roles at AECOM as the Marketing Systems Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, and at The Shaw Group as the New England Marketing Manager, managing comprehensive marketing efforts in the region. Kathy's earlier career includes significant positions at Metcalf & Eddy, where marketing systems management was a key focus, and at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Proofreader/Editor. Kathy holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Maine and further pursued education at Northeastern University from 2004 to 2012.
