Barry Stoffel

Barry Stoffel is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Builder at Gardner Builders since June 2016 and as an Executive Board Member at Perspectives, Inc. since 2019. Previously, Barry held the role of Senior Construction Manager at Oppidan Investment Company from June 2015 to May 2016, and served as Senior Project Manager from 2010 to 2015, successfully delivering approximately 3,000,000 square feet of interior construction and expansions. Barry began their career as a Project Manager at Greiner Construction, Inc., where valuable lessons in teamwork and project management were emphasized. Barry earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, between 2001 and 2004, and attended the University of Minnesota from 2000 to 2001.
