Rowland Geddie

Rowland Geddie is an experienced legal professional with extensive background in corporate law, particularly within the realms of low-income housing development and tax credit syndication. Currently serving as Of Counsel and General Counsel for Gardner Capital, Inc. since July 2011, Geddie previously held positions as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at O'Sullivan Industries, Inc. from November 1993 to September 2009, and as a Contract Attorney at Tandy Corporation in 1993. Additional roles include Senior Counsel at Houston Industries Incorporated, Associate General Counsel at Lower Colorado River Authority, and Associate at Baker Botts LLP. Geddie earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Mississippi.
