Cortney Mills

Cortney Mills is a dedicated professional in the field of special education and behavioral therapy, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Garland Independent School District since August 2022. Previously, Cortney worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Action Behavior Centers from January 2022 to August 2022, and held the role of Program Coordinator and Registered Behavior Technician at ART | Autism Response Team between September 2020 and January 2022. Cortney began a career in behavioral therapy as the Lead Behavioral Therapist at Colorado ABA Therapy LLC from June 2019 to July 2020. Before specializing in education and therapy, Cortney gained experience at State Farm, where roles included Service Supervisor and Insurance Sales Representative from October 2012 to August 2018. Earlier work experience also includes positions such as Electronics Technician at Randstad for State Farm and Marketing Coordinator at Sud's Automotive, along with teaching roles at High Road School of Bloomington.
