Mark English

Mark English is a legal professional with extensive experience in competition law and practice. Currently serving as a Partner at Garrigues since March 2023, Mark has held previous positions including Counsel and Senior Associate at Quinn Emanuel from May 2017 to March 2023. Additionally, Mark contributed to the Journal of European Competition Law and Practice as a member of the editorial team at Oxford University Press from September 2016 to March 2023. Earlier career roles include Associate positions at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Howrey LLP, along with an internship at the European Commission in 2009. Mark completed a Master of Laws (LLM) at the College of Europe and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Law with French from The University of Sheffield.
