Bob Leavitt

Bob Leavitt currently serves as an Executive Partner at Gartner, beginning in September 2024, where the focus is on delivering actionable insights to enhance executive decision-making and performance. Prior to this role, Bob held several significant positions, including Chief Human Capital Officer and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Human Resources at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from February 2022 to September 2024, and Chief Human Capital Officer at USAID from July 2012 to February 2022. Bob's extensive career includes roles at the National Security Council, the Catholic Relief Services in various capacities in Africa, and a consultant position with UNDP.
