Lydia Yost

Lydia Yost is an experienced professional currently serving as a Nelnet Pathway Intern at Nelnet since August 2022, where responsibilities include conducting research and supporting various departmental managers. As Vice President of Membership for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, Lydia plays a key role in operational decision-making and has developed a comprehensive recruitment process. Additional roles include serving as a Human Resource Director within the sorority, planning events, and leading committees to enhance sisterhood engagement. Lydia is a member of the Center for Sales Excellence, where participation in advanced sales courses occurs, and previously worked as a Primary Care Sales Intern at Eli Lilly and Company, engaging with healthcare providers to demonstrate medical devices. Lydia also has a history of customer service as a Food and Beverage Server at Ashland Golf Club and has coached youth volleyball, emphasizing teamwork and personal development. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Lydia also gained international experience at the IAU Institute for American Universities.
