Gas Inspection and Investigation

The Gas Inspection and Investigation team at Gas Safe Register is responsible for evaluating the quality and safety of gas work conducted by registered engineers. They inspect installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, investigate incidents and reports involving illegal or unsafe gas work, and work to identify and mitigate risks associated with gas-related activities. The team also supports public awareness initiatives to educate about gas safety and prevent hazards such as carbon monoxide poisoning.
