Anisha Agarwal

Anisha Agarwal is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as an HR Coordinator at GAT Airline Ground Support since May 2024, Anisha oversees payroll, onboarding, scheduling, employee relations, and recruitment functions. Previously, Anisha worked as a Recruiter for the American Red Cross, where responsibilities included screening and interviewing volunteers and managing the onboarding process. In a prior role as a Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line, Anisha utilized strong listening and empathy skills to support individuals in crisis. Anisha’s experience also includes serving as a Senior Recruiter at Amazon, where strategic sourcing and recruitment leadership were key responsibilities, as well as working as an Event Specialist at Phoenix Live. Anisha holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus on Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Events and Experiential Marketing from EMDI.
