John Jones

John Jones is an experienced professional in engineering and field services, currently serving as a Client Representative at GATE Energy since August 2024, where vessel duties in well clean-up operations at Chevron's Anchor FPU are managed. Prior to this, John held positions at Baker Marine Solutions as a Client Vessel Representative for BP and at Airswift as a Technical Foreman Client (TFC) for ExxonMobil, overseeing ROV and vessel operations in Equatorial Guinea. John has extensive experience in managing operations and compliance in various roles, including ROV Superintendent and ROV Supervisor at C-Innovation, LLC, and has held leadership positions in other companies such as Oceaneering and Deep Marine Technology. John holds an ROV operator certification from the Institute of Remotely Operated Vehicles and a high school diploma from Bay City High School.
