Project Management

The Project Management team at GATE Energy is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of engineering and commissioning projects. Comprised of Project Engineers, Project Control Engineers, and Project Planners, the team ensures that projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards. They collaborate closely with other departments to navigate challenges and drive successful outcomes for both small and large-scale initiatives.
