Ashley Allen

Ashley Allen, DSW, LCSW, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Gateway Community Service Board since June 2023. Previously, Ashley held various leadership roles at River Edge Behavioral Health from February 2016 to May 2023, including Senior Director of CCBHC and Outpatient Services, as well as Director of Macon-Bibb and Monroe County Services. Earlier experience includes Patient Program Manager at Coliseum Medical Centers (February 2013 - February 2016), Primary Therapist at Fairmount Behavioral Health System (2008 - 2013), and Manager of the Admissions Department and Crisis Response Center at Friends Hospital (September 2007 - December 2008). Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and both a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Georgia.
