Randy Carter

Randy Carter is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in management and instructional roles. Currently serving as the US West Regional Manager at Gateway Services Inc. since December 2021, Randy has previously worked as a Driving Instructor at Anshor Driving School Inc. from January 2019 to January 2023 and as Facilities Manager at Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services from May 2020 to December 2021. Prior to these roles, Randy had a long tenure in law enforcement with Weld County from June 1997 to April 2020. Randy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1997.
