Joel Ergood

Joel Ergood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic portfolio management and program execution across multiple industries, including e-commerce, retail, and consumer packaged goods. Currently, Joel serves in Strategic Initiatives at Gathr Outdoors since September 2022, while also leading Joel Ergood Consulting, LLC, since June 2010, focusing on Agile, Lean, and traditional methodologies.
