Luca Bottazzi

Luca Bottazzi has extensive experience in the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Restaurant Director and General Manager at GAUCHO since October 2012. Previous roles include multiple positions at GAUCHO, such as Opening General Manager and Assistant General Manager, along with earlier experience as Bar Manager at Novus Leisure and F&B Manager at Barrio Alto. Starting the career in September 1997, roles included Head Bartender and Bartender across various bars and restaurants until 2005. Luca Bottazzi holds a Level 5 degree in Operational Management from HIT Training and a degree in Economics as a Perito programmatore from ITCI Paolo Boselli.
