Mike Garbutt

Mike Garbutt is an experienced professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the People Team Business Partner for the Americas at GBG Plc since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mike was the Senior Manager of Talent Development at Wayfair, where responsibilities included developing and managing learning and development strategies across various locations. Mike also served as a Human Resource Business Partner at IKEA Group, playing a key role in corporate repositioning and employee engagement following significant internal changes. Mike holds an Associate's degree in Public Communications from Columbia Basin College and has additional education from Global University and Pasco High School.
