Tihua Huang

Tihua Huang currently serves as General Counsel and General Manager of the Legal Affairs Center at GEELY since April 2021 and has been General Counsel at CEVT (China Euro Vehicle Technology AB) since June 2019. Previous roles include Deputy Director of Legal at GEELY, Associate at Jones Day and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and serving as a Judicial Intern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Tihua Huang's legal expertise encompasses complex intellectual property litigation, mergers and acquisitions, FCPA compliance, internal investigations, and antitrust law. Tihua Huang holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Georgetown University Law Center, along with advanced degrees in Computer Science and Accounting, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Xiamen University.
