Katrina Niederer

Katrina Niederer currently serves as President of Medora Executive Search, a specialized firm focused on executive recruitment and talent management, since June 2024. In addition, Katrina holds a position as a Global Executive Recruiter at GE HealthCare, leading recruitment for Digital Technology, Engineering, and IT since 2023. Katrina began their career in real estate with positions at First Weber and First National Assets after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
