Sandhya Gupta

Sandhya Gupta is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in manufacturing and process consulting. Currently serving as Operations Head at GE Healthcare since October 2021, Sandhya oversees all aspects of plant operations, emphasizing safety, quality, customer fulfillment, and continuous improvement through Lean methodologies. Previous roles include process consulting across various industries, Vice President at Accenture focusing on business process centers of excellence, and Assistant Vice President at Genpact where Sandhya drove business process transformations. Early career experience at GE Healthcare involved managing production for cardiology and infant care equipment, while initial roles at Ford Motor Company and L&T focused on vendor development and procurement. Sandhya holds a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
